During the manufacturing process, Lijian Throttle Valve has established a complete process control system around the housing and key structural components. From raw material smelting and housing die casting to machining and surface treatment, standardized processes and control are implemented in each key stage to ensure the precision and consistency of the housing structure.
Core processes include housing die casting, deburring, shot peening, passivation, machining, coordinate measuring machine (CMM) inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, and full visual inspection. Through multiple inspections and quality verifications, the bypass flow rate, airtightness, cleanliness, and appearance are systematically tested to ensure the functional stability and reliable performance of the throttle valve in actual applications.
