Commendation for Weekend Equipment Repair Efforts by the Maintenance Team

To ensure uninterrupted production progress, Mr. Xu Xiaofei, Deputy Director of the Equipment Department, led his team in an intensive equipment repair operation during the weekend. From the morning of April 21 through 3:00 a.m. on April 22, the team worked tirelessly to modify and rearrange the air compressors, refrigerated dryers, and throttle machining pipelines for all CNC machines.
Their dedication went far beyond regular duty hours. Guided by a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, the team members faced every challenge with a positive attitude and unwavering commitment. Without any complaints, they devoted their weekend to completing the entire modification and layout work, ensuring that production resumed smoothly on April 22.
The company highly appreciates the professionalism, strong work ethic, and devotion demonstrated by the Equipment Department. In recognition of their outstanding contribution and in accordance with Article 6.1 of the Company’s Reward and Punishment Policy, the management has decided to issue a company-wide commendation to Mr. Xu Xiaofei, Mr. Li Lieming, and Mr. Zhou Qian.
